Refund policy

For food safety considerations and to uphold the rights of other customers, consumers are advised to inspect the integrity of the packaging of wine products at the time of purchase. Once sold, any form of return or exchange will not be accepted if the product has been opened, consumed, or if its appearance has been damaged, temperature compromised, or preservation compromised by the consumer, leading to deterioration.

The company reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to accept returns or exchanges.
